Had dungees and halibut, food was fine, nice clean restaurant etc. Expect to pay high price due to location, I get it. BUT... How about you don't screw us while we eat here? Dungees for $49.99/lb??? This was just 2 weeks ago. And you get them off your back porch? I'm in New Mexico, and I just bought them at Costco last night for $9.99/lb. How can you do this to people and feel good about yourself? Uncalled for, I'll never go back. See receipt below for 1 lb! Vs 2.6lbs at Costco in New Mexico!!

The Alaska Fish House was a good meal with locally sourced seafood giving a full Alaska experience. The lines were long during our visit to the Ketchikan port while on a cruise but the line continuously moved so it seems the system they have works to get people through. The food itself was very good, we ordered crab and the sampler of three fish. Everything was good and hot. The salmon wasn't overpowering and the breading on all the fish seemed to complement the various fish varieties well. The crab was very good and meaty so that is recommended as well. The restaurant can seem very small during lunch time so you may find yourself sitting with other people at your table. It's not too bad, but if you have personal space issues this may be off putting. We found everyone to be nice so it wasn't an issue for us.

The Alaska tacos were great but in a hardshell. The Salmon chowder was also excellent. The claw was terrible as was the salad. Maybe the fries would have been better. They have a back room for additional inside seating

This is a great location in Ketchikan and the views are really nice at the marina. But the food was a little disappointing.

We ordered the halibut and fries for dinner while on vacation there in August , grant it the food WAS delicious for a hot second but until I found a piece of hair in my sauce and brought it to the cashier/ waitress attention all she could say was oh don't worry about it we're all clean here really we are. So gross, never went back and I wonder what other health violations there are that are ok with , this surprised us considering this place was busy with tourists, guess the locals knew something tourists didn't. They offered no refund, no redo, nothing.

Great place to eat. Got the salmon chowder and fish & chips. All of the food was very fresh and delicious. You put your order in when you enter at the front and seat yourself. Also has a nice view. Highly recommend this place.
